::Wedding Photography

My role as wedding photographer is to provide you with a collection of images that can be treasured. To do this I like to work alongside another professional photographer enabling us to get an 'all angles' approach to the day. One photographer generally concentrates on formal staged shots, whilst the other photographer takes a more background approach, photographing parts of the day that may be missed if there was only 1 photographer present.

I have a very friendly and relaxed approach to wedding photography (I understand weddings are stressful enough) and throughout the day will take documentary style photographs without being too intrusive on the couple and families.

I love to capture all aspects of the day, starting from (if you wish) the initial preparations in the morning, through to the actual ceremony and group shots and then onto later in the day where I can capture that special 'first dance' before the party gets started.

Complimenting these shots I like to capture the details of the day such as table decorations, the kids playing, the cake cutting, the famous best mans speech and so on.

For the couple, this is their special day where they are the centre of attention. I will work with you as little or as much as you want. If you have your own ideas no matter how bizarre they are then let me know and we'll try and sort it out. I will of course present you with my own ideas for consideration and between us both we should be able to get exactly what you are looking for.

In the weeks prior to the wedding I like to meet with the couple to discuss all ideas, styles etc and get a definitive list of what they want on the day. Here I can go through a photography ‘checklist’ to see what you do and want you don’t want. This saves time and further stress on the actual day.
Post wedding I will spend time carefully selecting images from the day that tell the whole story. I will then individually edit each picture to the highest standard so that they look consistent and will flow together in an album.

Unlike most photographers who will add a second charge for every print you want to buy - I will give you the rights to your images so you can print them and give them out to family and friends as you wish. The price you see is the price you will pay!
